Step onto the charming back porch and in through the back door, and you're met with abundant natural light flowing into the open living room-kitchen concept equipped with modern comfort. A beautifully appointed kitchen with waterfall quartz stone island & countertops, custom lighting, and all professional stainless steel appliances. The back of the property is an expansive covered deck and grilling area complete with privacy fencing. It overlooks a beautiful backyard with a pool and across the street from the beach. Exceptional privacy, creating your personal backyard sanctuary. Perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying dinner outside.
