The living, dining, and kitchen area boast of wide plank white wooden walls, reclaimed pine furniture, wood floors accompanied by large natural jute rugs, all with a neutral decor reminescent of the sand and sea. From our 2nd floor balcony you will enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico and the amazing lagoon pool with waterfall, hot tub & baby pool. The large balcony is perfect for reading or dining and with the fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances and full size washer and dryer, you'll have all the comforts of home.
This 108 unit condo complex is only 4 stories in height and boast of 600 feet of private white sandy beach and an enormous 6,500 sq foot lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Other amenties include hot tub, baby pool, CRABBY STEVE'S, a beachside bar and grill, outdoor grills, pickleball courts, clay tennis courts, play ground and bike paths. This a fabulous complex for families in that your kids are free to roam and you are at peace of mind of their safety behind the complex's enclosed guarded gates.

Spring and summer have Expanded water sports (paddle boards, surfboards, small sailing craft, etc.) and water sports lessons as well as beach volleyball .

The bike path, running right in front of the property, meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic Highway 30-A. Along your ride you will pass through the cute coastal communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach.
