**Our Lagoon Pool will be resurfaced in its entirety next week. This project will take approximately 4 weeks. Our contractor will start this process on Monday, Oct 27th, 2025. The pool deck will be closed during this time as well due to the safety hazards during this project. We anticipate opening the complex on Monday, November 24th, 2025. During this time, our Neighbors at the Village of South Walton will be allowing the use of our wristbands at their pool complex. The address for the area is 10343 E County Highway 30A, Seacrest, FL 32461(If you are exiting Seacrest to the Village from Beach Bike Way/Village Lane area, it will be on the left, just South of our Tram Yard, adjacent to Tram Stop E8). Their pool hours are from 9 am to 10 pm daily. There is a gate, starting on Monday. Owners may contact guest services at 850-630-0628, and they will be able to give you the code. Guests will be given the code when they check in and receive their wristbands. We appreciate your patience while we show some attention to one of our most beautiful Amenities. **

The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any chef, perfect for preparing delicious meals. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy king bedroom for added convenience. The second-floor master suite offers a king-sized bed, a private bath, and access to a balcony. Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom with two sets of twin/full bunk beds—ideal for the kids—complete with a private bath and a large TV for entertainment. On the third floor, you will find a third guest bedroom that features two full beds. As an added feature, you will also find a fabulous wet bar and a stunning observation deck on the third floor—an amazing spot to soak in the Florida sunshine, fresh air, and breathtaking 30A sunsets. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, Floridays on 30A is the perfect place for your next unforgettable getaway!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
