This stunning location in Rosemary Beach captures wide views of the sparkling blue gulf waters from several balconies. Boardwalk F is adjacent to our cottage providing direct access to the beach or the nearby Western Green. This four bedroom with five full baths offers three levels of living space. On the first floor you'll find three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms: the master suite, bedroom 2, and the bunk room that easily sleeps three. The second level presents the open living, dining and kitchen plus media room. The centerpiece is the large wrap around balcony that spans the width of the home. Arranged on the third level is a large guest bedroom with ensuite bath and a private balcony offering amazing gulf views.
This large corner lot location comes with a garage space and a wide trellis parking area.
Yaya's Carriage House (rented separately, vrbo #2546346) provides a detached accommodation above the garage with its own living, dining, kitchen, bath and lofted bedroom. You'll have a view of the gulf from the balcony.
