Overview: Experience historic Old Seagrove at its best in “L’escapade”. Meaning “the escape” in French, this classic beach cottage is located at the end of the street and head of a cul-de-sac. It is an easy stroll to the beach via several public access points as well as a wooded beach trail easements to the public Seagrove Beach. Centrally located on 30A within walking distance to Seaside’s shops and restaurants as well as the Publix grocery store, this charming home has 4 bedroom (2 kings, 1 queen, loft with twin trundles) and 2 baths. The large driveway allows for ample parking.
Inside: Featuring an open floor plan, the living, dining and kitchen are all conveniently right inside the front door. Living room has a leather sectional and LED SmarTV. The spacious dining table seats eight. The kitchen features solid surface countertops, ample cabinetry and appliances including dishwasher, side by side fridge with icemaker and electric range. The home has high speed wifi service and a Bluetooth stereo system with two speaker zones. (While there is a fireplace in the living room, it is for owner use only.) There is also a screened porch off the living room with an outdoor dining table and seating.
There are two spacious king bedrooms, a smaller queen bedroom and the fourth bedroom is up in a loft with a full-sized spiral staircase. The master bedroom features a large private bath with jetted tub and separate shower as well as double vanity sinks. The hall bath has a tub / shower and vanity sink as well as a door to the adjacent king guest bedroom. Both of the king bedrooms have doors opening to a spacious screened in porch overlooking the pool. Both of the king bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
There is a large laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer.
All of the bedrooms and the loft have wifi-connected SmarTVs such that you can use your own accounts to watch your preferred streaming shows. Note: This home does not have standard cable TV.
Outdoors: Enjoy the private heated pool in the backyard (pool heating is $40 per day extra). There is ample seating on the pool deck including 2 loungers, and a dining table that seats four. There is a gas grill on the pool deck connected to the gas line so you never run out. A privacy fence makes relaxing at the pool a true escape! Rinse off from the pool or beach in the outdoor hot/cold shower on the side of the house. Parking for 4 cars in the circular driveway.
Beach Access: The beach is three blocks away via three different neighborhood routes leading either the County Road 395 Beach Access or the Azalea Street Access or the Camellia Street Access. Seagrove Beach is all public beach so there plenty of room to spread out.
Included Amenities: 8 beach towels, a cooler, 4 back-pack style beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys.
Beach Gear Program: We provide $40 / day of beach gear credit that you can use towards bikes, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and more! (Minimum stay 3 nights and maximum credit of $280).
We have a $100 cancellation fee for any cancellation outside 90 days. Inside 90 days, there is no cancellation unless we can re-rent the property.
