For your convenience there is a main floor laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Beach Bummin' has recently been, redecorated and linens have been upgraded. A true bonus to Beach Bummin are the outdoor living areas. On the porch you can relax in the Adirondack chairs. While on the patio your group can have meals and enjoy the private landscaped yard. Enjoy the quiet and the views from the balcony. This house also comes with 4 complimentary bicycles for week long reservations that will be dropped off and picked up at the end of your stay.

Kids Bunk Area - child size beds recessed in the second floor hallway.
First Floor Bedroom - queen bed, connected to bathroom and walk-in closet.
Don't worry about bringing more than one or two cars there is ample parking.

For your convenience there's also a complementary shuttle that will pick you up by the house to take you to the beach access. The 12,000 sq. ft. resort like pool is a short block from the house. You can walk to Rosemary Beach, Alyce Beach and The Village of South Walton and to where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping, strolling for an ice cream or coffee, rent bikes, even a day spa. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL BEACH, BEACH WILD LIFE and the NOT TO BE MISSED SUNRISES AND SUNSETS!!!!! Be sure to make time to explore all that the area has to offer.
