Big Pink is a Seaside family favorite with a prime location just steps to Seaside Avenue, Ruskin Park, and the beach! The home welcomes you with a large furnished wrap around front porch complete with bench seating and a swing, perfect for morning coffee. On the first floor is a very large open living area with a large mounted flat screen TV and fireplace perfect for family movie nights in. The adjacent colorful dining room comfortably seats eight and is directly across from the updated kitchen. The bright white kitchen has been updated with new countertops and a large farmhouse sink. It has a large center island with breakfast bar seating for six more! Off the kitchen and rear of the home is a large enclosed screened in porch with colorful and fun outdoor furniture and rockers perfect for large family gatherings. There is a large fence enclosed rear yard with an outdoor grill off the porch perfect for cook outs.
On the first floor is the first bedroom a queen with a private full bath (shower only). The second floor includes 4 bedrooms: a master king bed with private full bath (shower only), a queen bed with private full bath (shower only), two double beds with private full bath (shower only) and a bedroom with 1 bunk and 1 twin (3 twins total) with private full bath, as well as a small closet with washer/dryer.
The glass enclosed third floor tower room is a perfect kid hangout and favorite. The third floor tower room is a great media room for teens/kids with bench seating. There is just so much to love about Big Pink and it is a sought after Seaside family favorite!
