Situated on the historic east side next to the town playground, fitness center, and two pools you will discover ‘Frosted Orange'. Upon entering through a lovely open-air porch into this inviting and charming 3 bedroom plus sleeping tower, 3 ½ BA beach cottage, you will feel right at home. Perfect for two families, Frosted Orange has been newly remodeled and decorated to showcase the beautiful beach life that Seaside has to offer. The open floor plan on the first floor has a newly modernized well-equipped kitchen, dining table & comfortable living room. The dining table includes a wrap-around bench seat with additional chairs to accommodate many people. Two sets of French doors lead to the porch with newly upholstered furniture. Near the kitchen is a half bath that opens to the outdoor shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer completes the first floor.
Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms & three full baths. The primary suite boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, private luxury bath with double vanities, walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. Meander down the hall to the bunk room equipped with two sets of twin bunks with built storage cubbies, a closet & drawers. The bathroom adjacent to the bunk room is the largest one in the home with 2 separate vanities, a large glass-enclosed shower & toilet with a privacy door. The queen guest bedroom includes a large closet with built-ins, a TV, and an en suite bathroom that includes double sinks and a shower/tub combo.
From the second floor head up the red spiral staircase to the tower room where you will find a large sitting and sleeping area with twin beds that sleep 2-3 and a flat-screen TV for the lucky ones who get to call this home for a short while. Walk out the private balcony for a town view or up the stairs to the rooftop and enjoy the 360-degree Seaside town and rooftop views, and a slight gulf view!
* 5 night minimum for Summer 2023. 5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer 2024. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration. No children between the ages of 13 - 19 during March and April.
* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $150 pet fee for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 40 lbs.
