Welcome to Sawyer’s house nestled on Forest Street in Seaside, Florida just steps to the family pools, park, Seaside Avenue, and the beach. This cottage has recently undergone a stunning renovation, taken down to the studs! It is also the first time ever for Sawyer’s House and Craig's Combo will be available for rent.
Entering into Sawyer House you are surrounded by modern luxury with a soothing color palette and designer touches throughout the home. To the right of the entrance you will find the living room/ dining area with access to the large rear deck. Off of the living area you will find the king master bedroom. There is a wide open living room and kitchen area where family can stay connected while visiting and sharing family meals. The kitchen features top of the line Wolf appliances, marble countertops, a large custom built in refrigerator and a side wet bar area complete with a wine refrigerator. The kitchen also features additional bar seating for four. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen featuring all new furniture, designer touches, and a large flat screen mounted TV. Adjacent to the living and kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats four, the dining area has access to a furnished front porch with additional bar top seating.
The main Sawyer House has two king bedrooms with plenty of custom built in storage to accommodate any length of stay. Off the living room you will find the master king bedroom which has a private master bath, and flat screen mounted TV. The private completely renovated master bath has a single vanity, shower, and a deep soaker tub. The second king bedroom is complete with plenty of custom built in storage and opens to a large furnished back porch. There is an additional bonus loft space that features a custom built in bunk bed with two full beds comfortably sleeping two more guests.
The large rear deck has outdoor dining for eight and connects to the guest home Craig’s House. For additional space Craig’s House has a king bed sleeping two more and is rented as The Sawyer Craig's Combo to comfortably sleep eight in total.
*5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
