Situated on beautiful Oyster Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, "Sea La Vie is a three story 2400 sq ft. townhome has four bedrooms and four bathrooms providing plenty of space. Wide covered balconies with ceiling fans extend across the upper stories the lenth of the townhome.
The living area is on the second floor and has a couch and two occasional chairsand a large flat screen TV. French doors lead onto the roomy balcony. A dining table with seating for 6 is located between the kitchen and the spacious living room. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. It is fully equipped to cook any meal for the family. A Keurig is available for all of your coffee needs.
The large Master Suite is located on the third floor has a king sized bed. A Smart TV sits directly across the room above some built in drawers. Double doors lead out onto the third floor covered balcony. The second bedroom is also on the third floor and has a king bed. There is a Smart TV in this bedroom. You will find the third bedroom on the second floor and it has a two twin beds and shares a bathroom with the living area. The fourth befroom is on the first floor has a queen bed and Smart TV. This room also has a fully function kitchenette. There is also a private bathroom in this first floor suite. The back deck off the first floor has a dining table and brand new gas grill purchased in 2023.
