Guests can make their way to an arched front entryway that peacefully leads into this finely appointed home. An enchanting, winding stairway and foyer area welcome you into the first story, as well as a spacious king primary suite on the first floor with a private bathroom, an expansive sleeping porch, and an indoor, open-air shower. This enclosed screened spacious porch features two bed swings and two club chairs, and privacy curtains and is surrounded by lush tropical dunes. This space is one of the many gems of this beach palace. No sound machine is required in the primary suite, as the sound of the gulf blesses your ears at bedtime. Two additional queen bedrooms reside on the first story, both featuring full baths and one with its own private, screened porch that faces a peaceful footpath with comfortable seating for two- a delightful spot to enjoy morning coffee. This level of the home also includes a bonus queen sleeping nook across from the first-story full bath next to the primary suite.
An aesthetic spiral staircase leads guests to an inviting second story offering an expansive open floor plan for an open combined living, dining, and kitchen. The living area features a large sectional, a large mounted flat screen TV with Sonos soundbar, and a fireplace. Stunning gulf views are enjoyed from the living area. Adjacent to the living area are two custom, built-in desks perfect for working remotely if you can look away from your gulf views! Adjacent to the living room is the large beachfront open-air porch.
This expansive open-air porch features outdoor dining for six and chaise lounges for three more. From your private beachfront porch, you can experience breathtaking 360-degree panoramic Gulf views and stunning sunsets. Adjacent to the large open living room is a dining area for six surrounded by large windows and an additional bistro area for two more.
The blueprint continues, as this level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner Wolf gas stove, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Miele dishwasher, and a separate bar area as well as a half bath for your convenience.
