Step into paradise at Changes In Attitudes where you will be just 120 steps from our sugar-white beaches and one block from the famous town center. This cottage sits near Pensacola pavilion and can comfortably host ten guests, so it is perfect for a large party looking for a relaxing stay. With four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, the cottage provides a bright, coastal vibe that matches our charming beach town.
Changes In Attitudes’ unique character instantly grabs your attention with its several outdoor living and dining areas. The expansive wrap around front porch has rocking chairs perfect for morning coffee, an adjacent sitting area with Adirondack seating for four, and a side porch with covered outdoor dining for six and a swing. Perfect to soak up the outdoors and spend some downtime with friends and family is an additional large picnic table with outdoor lighting for dining al fresco. Upon your entrance you will see an open-concept living space that includes a large sofa, three armchairs and built-in seating cloaked in window light and a DVD- and cable-equipped flat screen TV. Located to your left is a full kitchen with a convection oven, farmhouse sink, stainless steel cooking appliances and a large refrigerator and freezer decked out with an ample amount of counter space to do your cooking on if you choose to dine in. There is also a sizable island with three barstools and a dining table to seat eight spaciously. Also on the first floor, there are two queen bedrooms each with a flat screen TV and an opening to a large deck where you can start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee. These bedrooms share a full bathroom to clean up after a refreshing day at the beach.
Upstairs you will be greeted with a hallway that leads to the master king bedroom suite with its own flat screen TV. This space is beautifully set with access to an extravagant porch that has Adirondack seating and a high-top table that seats four. The king bedroom has its own private bathroom with a bathtub and a separate walk-in tub. The next level is perfect for the kids with two sets of custom built in twin bunk beds and a half bath. Then, head up to your very own enclosed tower with the best views in Seaside on the fourth floor and an open-air Juliette balcony off the tower. The tower has bar top seating for two, built in bench seating, and a telescope to enjoy.
