With a fully-furnished kitchen, large living room, and more to offer on the main floor, the basement features a bar with a built-in sink and mini fridge, a lounge with couches to sink into, and games to bond over, as well as a nice, big hot tub! When you stay with Suches Vacation Rentals your waiver damage fee, listed as administrative fee, ensures that you are covered for up to $1,500 in damages.
Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside.
If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence.

Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. Each guest is provided with two freshly cleaned towels.
If you find you need extras, you’ll find a set of “seconds” under the bathroom counter. These are clean towels that have been dyed and repurposed to extend their life. While they may show mild wear or faint imperfections, they are freshly washed and perfectly suitable for use.
