Daydream Believer - VRBO 3658751 - is an updated spacious two-story, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house with 600 sq. feet of covered porches. We are located in the amazing Seagrove Beach area, south of Scenic Hwy 30A in the sought-after Summer's Edge community, which offers a deeded access gate to the beach + two private pools. The South Ryan pool is heated March 1 through November 30.
The magnificent Eastern Lake complex is a short walk or bike ride away, offering paddle board and kayaking for a unique day on freshwater that connects all the way to the gulf. We can provide all information needed so that your group can rent equipment and get out and enjoy one of the most rare bodies of water on Earth, the Coastal Dune Lake.
Daydream Believer is a perfect setting for a family that wants to be super close to the beach and centrally located within a few miles of some of America's most desired area destinations for shopping, dining and outdoor exercise...Rosemary, WaterColor, Alys, Seaside, Grayton, golf, tennis, fishing, biking, hiking, paddle-boarding, surfing and all that 30A offers!
Tucked into a serene, tree-lined street reminiscent of Uptown New Orleans, the house has been fully updated and is deep cleaned and refreshed yearly. Framed by a large and mature Magnolia tree, Daydream Believer is full of custom touches including 10-foot ceilings, crown molding, 6" baseboards, custom window coverings and sun-splashing windows everywhere!
N. Ryan St. is gated at 30A to the north, offering a safe, shady and fun place for kids to play after a day at the beach. You'll enjoy a great welcome amenity present from us, along with lots of notes and additional info to help make your trip to the Gulf an annual visit. It's our goal to welcome you back every time and we've had only 5-star reviews!
At the house enjoy gorgeous furniture, including a welcoming fully-furnished 300 sq. foot covered front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and gorgeous sunsets for dinner in the evenings.
We have introduced many new upgrades to include remodeling all three bathrooms, refinished the hardwoods, added new LVP flooring to all bathrooms and bedrooms, new art and light fixtures, whole-house interior paint refresh and annual landscape improvements - plus new dining furniture on the lower veranda. and new cushions on all outside seating furniture. We have one street facing exterior camera.
You will find an open floor-plan on the main floor, with a comfortable living room, dining area and kitchen. Additional features include a wet bar as well as mud room, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, the W/D and outdoor shower - all on the first floor.
The kitchen comes complete with large pantry, ample storage space, lots of appliances and food prep gadgets (Crock Pot, toaster oven, food processor, mixer and more), new stainless equipment, new glassware/stemware, plenty of plates and dishes for the whole family and is open enough for several to be working on the meal at once. The coffee pot is a Cuisinart Drip Machine (filters provided)!
The dining area offers a large round dining table, padded seats and an eat-in bar to seat four more. The living room is framed by a large, comfortable sectional sofa and two chairs, a 65" Smart TV with full cable channel lineup and Netfix access, high-speed wi-fi, a wet bar with a great selection of cocktail glasses and a book and board game library.
A paved grilling station with a gas grill is next to the storage area for beach gear and bikes. The outdoor shower features hot and cold settings and is at the coveted (and rare) "side entrance" - largely eliminating sand from coming into the front door and making your stay that much more comfortable. Just inside is a full mud room with lots of hooks and storage + a full shower and towel storage to relax after a long day at the beach.
Upstairs are two master suites with King beds (plus two full bathrooms) and a third bedroom featuring two full beds and a large walk-in closet for all luggage, etc plus another large closet. Both master suites open to the 300 sq. foot covered veranda and it's Gulf breezes day and night, set amongst the Magnolia and Pine trees.
Each bathroom features a shower plus an oversized tub, with a Jacuzzi tub in one - perfect for soaking after an active day.
Every bedroom features a mounted TV with full cable channel lineup and Netflix access and high-speed 300 MBPS internet throughout. All bedrooms have a great closet for storage of bags and clothes.
A beach gear wagon and complimentary selection of beach toys, chairs and boogie boards is provided for your quick trips to the beach. Also, we'll provide you with lots of local information once the booking is complete, to make your planning more efficient.
When you're ready to get on the 30A Bike Trail, it's just about 100 yards away, through the coded gate and you're on your way.
We even have Clay Gardens and Gifts right next door...a beautiful professional garden complex (with a private entrance right out our back door) that offers a whimsical place to getaway with a glass of wine and buy plants and locally-inspired gifts.
