The first floor hosts covered parking, a 12x26 private saltwater pool, as well as an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after an eventful day at the beach. When entering the second floor, you are greeted with an open living room and dining area with an abundance of sunshine beaming through the expansive bay windows. Also on the second floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen great for the household chef, a bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle, adjoining hall bath, and a laundry facility with full washer and dryer. Making your way up to the third floor, you will find the king master suite with a twin day bed and twin trundle, in addition to a full attached bath and a private beach facing balcony. Also on the third floor is the queen suite with a full attached bath and balcony with stunning beach views.
