Ideally located between Denver and Boulder, with easy highway access, there is no shortage outdoor adventures waiting for you! 2 cozy family rooms provide your group plenty of space after a day of hiking. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities necessary to cook your favorite meals.
The home has a spa feel, focusing on total mind/body health. You'll find yoga mats and foam roller for your use.
Located downstairs, the bedroom is small (9'x9.5') but it's comfortable, cute and cozy! It has a view of the green belt . The room has a closet for hanging clothes. Your private bathroom with rain shower are just outside the door.
Adjacent to the downstairs bedroom is a living room/office. Many of my guests have used the extra living room/office space for lounging, relaxing, packing, stretching/yoga, organizing gear or getting work done. The space is bright with lots of natural sunlight and has one IKEA Flottebo sofa bed where a guest may sleep and one 3 person couch. The space is also business ready with a large desk.
Upstairs has a full bathroom/shower and 2 bedrooms. The first room has two very comfortable twin beds, each with a bookcase, drawers and small appliance/iphone charging station. There is a small work desk. There is a standard closet with hangers. The 2nd room is a small 'master' with a queen size bed.
The main living room has a couch, accent chair and and dining table for 6.

This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300
payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
