Summary: The home is well represented by the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked with condiments and spices, plus needed cookware, utensils, and appliances for cooking. The gas grill didn't seem to work, but there was charcoal for the kettle grill. There was plenty of coffee :-). The bedrooms face a busy road that is quite noisy and took some time to get used to. Also, the security lights went on every time a car went by, which was harder to get used to. The owners' nephew lived in an adjacent property and was easily able to help us with anything we needed. The property was about 15 miles in different directions from everything we planned to see - Universal, JPL, California Science Center, Santa Monica. It is about 45 minutes from LAX but really close to Hollywood/Burbank airport. There is another home attached and the tenants there occasionally played their music very loud or talked loud enough to hear in the back bedroom. Hopefully someone else will be there for future guests.
