and Indian lagoon. 54 feet of screened porch facing the Gulf of Mexico and 40 feet of screened porch facing Indian Lagoon.
Only three steps from the driveway to the porch with three
floors of space to enjoy. Ramp to porch on east side of the house.
A spiral stair to the cupola provides a magnificent view that
is 40 feet above sea level. The view from the cupola is
approximately 8 miles to the horizon. Great place to watch the sunset.

fish cleaning area. Circle driveway in the back for easy boat trailer maneuvering. Weekly rentals preferred.
