We are ready to welcome you to our wine country rambler that sits nestled on a sprawling 7+ acre lot. The property is accessed by a private road, seconds to Red Mountain wineries and the Yakima river but far enough to offer wide open space privacy. Enjoy panoramic views of vineyards, orchards, river and mountain ranges.
Our home is a 2100 sq ft open floor plan house with 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Community spaces include: media room featuring a large flat screen tv with Bose surround sound system, dining room with large table plus dining buffet with additional seating, and great room perfect for a game night. Primary en suite has large, walk-in, dual head shower and corner tub.
Sit out and enjoy some peace on our stamped concrete patio that wraps around the back of the house. You can challenge your friends and family to a fun game of Cornhole while dinner is prepared on the propane grill.
If outdoor adventure is your thing, we are incredibly close to very nice hiking trails and can offer up several opportunities to get out on the Yakima river via kayaks or paddle boards.
Chickens onsite offer up fresh eggs and will always welcome being fed a nice can of corn.
We do have a Ring doorbell at the front entrance that is only utilized upon guest check-in to verify home occupancy.
