Summary: Our room was clean. A piece of black material was left on the elevator which housekeeping used as well, for at least 8 hours. For some reason, water from the shower despite the curtain and its liner, spilled over on the bathroom floor. I had a fall coming out of the shower 1) high tub and 2) wet floor. Breakfast signs indicated hard boiled eggs and turkey sausage. Neither one were available. Decaf carafe needed to be replenished at 9:30 and we were told “we don’t make decaf because it sits there and the taste goes bad” Lastly, mattresses were very soft; no type of pillow mattress under quilt. Front desk staff were personable and tried to meet our expectations.
