Escape the hustle and bustle! Comfortable, cozy, Rustic. located in Orrington at Brewer Lake, not on the water just up from boat launch. Bring your boat or your kayaks enjoy the pristine waters. Centrally located for hiking, biking, day trips to Bar Harbor, Mt. Katahdin and other desirable locations. 20 minutes to Bangor International Airport, 48 miles to Bar Harbor, and Arcadia Natnl Park, Bangor Waterfront concerts 15 minutes, and Bangor's Casino for added entertainment in the evening.
The space
The cabin is rustic, yet comfortable. Has a nice size shower with tub. the bedrooms are comfortable, nice size and plenty of storage. Kitchen is well equipped with pots , pans, coffee cups , glasses and utensils, new washer/dryer and refrigerator.Living room comfortable , flat screen tv, hooked to blueray dvd player, we get 7 to 13 local channels on tv, depending on weather, no wifi or cable. Flat screen in master bedroom also.
Bbq outside on porch and picnic table, table cloths in hall closets. Wood for campfire.
I have tried to think of everything you might need, as We stay at cabin 2 months out of the year. We just updated the AC/heat for everyones comfort and convenience. Good cell phone service with ATT and Verizon if you need to access email or pay bills as I use often.
The cabin is centrally located, 20 minutes from Bangor International Airport, 1 hour to Bar Harbor, 20 minutes to Bangor waterfront concerts at Maine Savings Amphitheater. Mt. Katahdin is another day trip location people like to go on. Brochures and information is available at cabin on other things todo in the area.
