This beautiful property features seven bedrooms, a private pool, multiple balconies, and a southern-style front porch. Additionally, Coconut Cove is only a minute walk away from the Gulf of Mexico and a short walk away from Seaside's town center.
This charming beach house features beautiful decor, hardwood floors, and modern appliances throughout the entire home. The main living area includes a large white sectional, cozy fireplace, flatscreen TV, and sliding doors that lead out to the pool deck and outdoor dining area. Off of the living area, there is a large gourmet kitchen and formal dining area. The kitchen is a chef's dream and features quartz countertops, a breakfast bar seating four, and stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. The formal dining table overlooks the pool area and seats up to eight people. The first floor also features a full laundry room as well.
The first two bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a luxurious master bathroom that includes a dual-sink vanity, Roman bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and a private water closet.
