Summary: Room (a/k/a house/condo/townhouse - don’t know how it is classified), was okay. Not going to say good or bad, just what I took note of. The gated parking is not for guests. Guests park on the street which is visible from house/condo/townhouse if you stretch your neck. You can enter from garage -that is in the alley. You can never park in front of the unit. Park on side street and walk past 9 units to the front door. Garage holds 2 small cars. If I’m allowed pics, I will submit them. Not allowed glitter or confetti, although glitter and confetti was evident around the home from previous guest(s). Drugs (from previous guest(s) was found. (I did not know what it was until I showed it to an under cover NYC police officer who verified what it was). Those nice pink chairs in the picture - not all are safe for sitting - need a screw driver and/or screws - wobbly. Bedrooms looked nice - no word good/bad/or indifferent about bedrooms. Washer and driver were very nice, cleaned our clothes. Dishes and glassware seemed clean. Heat worked well (winter time stay). Faux fire place was real nice.
