Dark wood floors and exposed ceiling beams balance a bright, airy kitchen with marble countertops, premium appliances, a wine chiller, and a side-by-side double oven. A dramatic beaded chandelier offsets a dining table with seating for 8. In the living area, 2 cozy sofas and artful bent-wood chairs surround a gas brick fireplace with a flat-screen TV.
