Located on the fourth floor, with no units above you and higher ceilings than units on the lower floors, this comfortable contemporary style unit has floor to ceiling sliding doors that look onto your private, oversized gulf front furnished balcony.
The kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks for the family or whipping up a gourmet meal for a romantic occasion or sunset gathering with a few friends. The kitchen offers bar-height seating for four and opens up into a spacious living/dining room.
The living room has a large cozy sectional couch that invites you to sit and visit with your family, curl up with a good book, or take a nap. Balcony access is located off of the living room with comfortable new furniture.
The large master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large flat screen TV, sitting/work area, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf
Daily beach umbrella and two chair setup service is included in the rental. Two bikes are also included - conveniently available for pickup on property. Please note bike and beach service providers are on property March-October.
