Positive: The proximity to the beach was amazing! We booked this unit specifically for the ocean views and steps to the water.

Negative: We didn’t realize beach chairs, or beach towels were not included so that was an extra expensive we were not expecting. It’s $40/day for chair and umbrella. We bought beach towels at Publix! We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals that stock the kitchen with supplies like coffee filters, cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices so the fact that the kitchen was absolutely bare bones was disappointing. I didn’t read the description closely enough to realize how bare it was.
