Both bedrooms feature king beds and Smart TVs. The sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed to accommodate 2 more guests. And this unit is located on the west of the building for additional privacy. 306 conveniently comes with a stacked washer and dryer at the front of the condo - so pack light!
