This 2025 renovation was a complete overhaul, encompassing everything from the electrical outlets to brand-new appliances and a completely redesigned kitchen. This second-floor unit offers AMAZING panoramic views of the Gulf and private beach access.
BeachCrest 204 is perfectly located directly on the sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf in Seagrove Beach, FL which is between the charming town of Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A and is a short drive to Destin or Panama City Beach.
The sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf are accessible through the private boardwalk. Be on the beach within minutes of leaving your condo!
You don't even need to carry beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Our beach service will conveniently set up two spacious lounge chairs and an umbrella for you right on the sand! (This service is available from March to October 31st.) The beach is conveniently located just outside your door, eliminating the need to cross streets or undertake long walks.
A beach service is also available to rent kayaks and paddle boards next to the beach access and bike rentals are available across the street.
Relax on the beach which is literally steps away, or spend the afternoon lounging by the large Gulf Front heated pool (Nov – May). There is also a grilling and picnic area. Other amenities include free wireless internet access, gated beach access, elevators, luggage carts, and off street parking.
