The master bedroom includes a queen bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes 2 full beds and easy access to the shared hallway bath. The sofa in the living room also pulls out to a queen bed if needed. Gather at the dining table for an amazing meal or family game night. Grab a spot on the patio to enjoy some fresh air and Florida sunshine.
Beach Access:
If you're ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service March – October (please call us for specific dates).
