The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meal preparation. Towels and hair dryers are provided for guest convenience. Outdoor amenities include patio furniture and a private screened-in pool. A pack n play and high chair are available upon request. Bedroom layout includes one king bedroom with a private bathroom on the first floor, along with a half bathroom. The second floor offers a king bedroom with a private bathroom, two twin beds in the Mario-themed room, two twin beds in the Mickey-themed room, one twin bed with a pull-out trundle in the Princess-themed room, and two queen bedrooms. Bathrooms are shared between designated bedrooms as configured. Please note that this home is self-catering. Private pool heating is not available at this time. Washer and dryer are not available at this time. Trash should be placed daily in the plastic bin to help maintain a clean home. There is no daily housekeeping service included. Prior to check-in, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels are provided, and mid-stay cleaning services are not offered. The 6,000-square-foot clubhouse offers reception and concierge services, a movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, lounge, and ATM. The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy and secure entry. A personal access code will be provided through the booking platform and will activate at the official check-in time. Free driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles may park on the street, provided sidewalks, mailboxes, and fire hydrants are not blocked. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Guests are asked to treat the property with care and follow all house rules to ensure a pleasant stay.
