This is a fully-equipped home away from home, setup for extended stays on Cincinnati's east side. Five bedrooms, two remodeled bathrooms, three dedicated workspaces, high-speed gigabit WiFi, Roku smart TVs, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, attached garage, and a fenced backyard for your dogs. A 26-acre park is located across the street and there's pizza, coffee, and a YMCA within a 7 minute walk. I-275, major hospitals, CVG, and downtown are all within a short drive.
Our home spans three floors. On the main level you'll find two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room with a large couch and 55" Roku TV, a pantry and closet, and a remodeled kitchen with a walkout to the back deck. Refinished hardwood floors run throughout the main and upper levels.
Upstairs are two more queen bedrooms and a second full bathroom. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with tubs and tiled showers, closets, ceramic flooring, and strong water pressure. The finished basement adds a second living area with bright lighting, ceramic flooring, dedicated workspace, a 40" Roku TV, and a fifth sleeping area with a twin bed.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
All 5 mattress are new memory foam. Fresh linens and plenty of pillows are provided, and blackout-friendly window treatments are available on request. Each bathroom is stocked with bath and hand towels, a hair dryer, and starter toiletries.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, silverware, and the basics like oil, salt, and pepper.
Workspaces & Internet:
Three dedicated desk workspaces across the home: one is located in Bedroom 2 on the main floor, one upstairs in Bedroom 4 with a 27" widescreen monitor, and one in the basement. Gigabit fiber internet with Wi-Fi access on all three floors. 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room, 40" Roku Smart TV in the basement.
Climate & Laundry:
Central A/C and forced-air gas heat throughout with thermostat control. The washer and dryer are in the basement with starter detergent provided.
Outdoor Space:
Outside, the backyard is fenced with several trees and a wooded view. The rear deck off the dining room is a good spot for morning coffee. Juilfs Park is directly across the street; 26 acres with paved walking trails, a splash pad, playground, basketball and tennis courts, sand volleyball, and ball fields. Leashed dogs are welcome on the trails.

There's an attached 2-car garage plus an oversized driveway with a turn-around pad that can easily hold several cars.

Mio's Pizzeria - a Cincinnati east-side staple with great deep dish pies, a solid spinach salad, and outdoor seating in warmer months. A great place to have drinks on the patio.
United Dairy Farmers (UDF) - Cincinnati's beloved local convenience store / ice cream shop / gas station combo. Open early morning till late into the night. Grab milk, snacks, a sundae, or just gas up before a shift.
Walgreens - pharmacy, photo printing, basics, etc. Open seven days a week.
The Lyons YMCA is just a 5 minute walk in the other direction, and has a full gym with indoor/outdoor pools, weights, classes, sauna, steam room, and showers. Month-to-month memberships are available.
For everything else - full grocery runs, big-box stores, restaurants, banks - the Beechmont strip is a 5-minute drive. It's anchored by one of the largest Krogers in the country, plus Macy's, Target, dozens of restaurants, and likely any service you'll need.
Getting Around:
The house sits on Clough Pike with two I-275 on-ramps within 3 to 4 miles in either direction; both under 10 minutes from the driveway.
Once you're on 275, the rest of the metro opens up fast. Downtown Cincinnati is about 15 minutes. CVG airport is around 20. Newport on the Levee and the Kentucky riverfront are about 20 minutes as well. Kings Island is 30 minutes north.
Day-to-day, most of what you need is reachable without touching the highway at all. Several great places are within walking distance and Beechmont Avenue is just 5 minutes by car. For longer trips or weekend exploring, you're well-positioned for wherever you're headed in Ohio or Kentucky.

This home is set up for travel nurses on contract, professionals on work assignment, families in transition, and other people who need an extended place to call home. We do 30-night minimums exclusively, and the home is always well cared for and ready when you arrive.

You'll have access to the entire home, including the basement and garage. There are two cameras on the property. Both are located on outside corners of the home in visible locations, overlooking the property while still providing guests with privacy. A landscaping team comes once a week to mow the lawn and trim.
