Record Breakers has recently been remodeled and is 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 spacious living areas and features a gorgeous stone countertop kitchen. Relax on the deck, in the hot tub or lounge on the patio! This home provides its guests with ample privacy but enables them to explore Eugene! Surrounded by delicious eats, sporty recreation fields and a brand new olympic trials stadium!!Come and explore all Eugene has to offer!
At the front door is an easy and secure keyless entry! The house opens up into a living room with ample space for hanging out and watching tv on the flat screen! On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a flat screen TV, a bathroom and a door leading out to the patio, deck and hot tub! The door to the left of the dining room leads upstairs; in the upstairs you will find a small living space as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the downstairs living space there is one bedroom, one bathroom, and a grand living space with a flat screen TV!
You will be able to access the entire house, except for the small cleaning and stocking closets and eves! Once you enter feel free to explore! Please don`t hesitate to park your car in the spaces adjacent to alley way at the back of the home! Access codes will be given for the Back gate leading to the back yard and front door leading into the house!
