Light, bright, and airy! Our end unit condo has windows galore. Directly on 30A with easy access to the deeded & gated beach access. It's so easy to run back to the condo for a lunch break or restock the cooler.
We chose this home away for it's location. . .less than a mile from Cafe 30A, Surfing Deer, and Old Florida Fish House. You can be in Seaside in two minutes and Alys/Rosemary in 10 minutes, or park the car and bike to everything. Notice the picture showing the deeded beach access. . .500 feet to white sand & warm emerald-green water. Beach service optional but not necessary.
Luxury linens and high end amenities will make your stay extra special. We've got you covered with umbrellas and backpack beach chairs.
Leave it all at home and come enjoy 30a like an owner. . .we provide backpack chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floats, and paddle ball! We'll even let you use our beach towels. Stop at Publix en route (2 miles away) and plan on biking for the remainder or your visit. Bought a boogie board and won't be needing it back in Nashville? Leave it behind and share the fun!
We've taken extra care to make sure you'll have everything you need during your visit but if you feel like something is missing, text me! We're a family of beach lovers, not a rental management company and we want your stay to be as relaxing as ours. Our beds are made with luxury linens and lots of pillow options. ALL of our linens are laundered for each arriving guest (including duvet covers). We provide high end bath products and special touches in an effort to make you want to treat our home as if it was your own.
- Living Space has an oversized sofa and several comfy chairs to accommodate the group. There's a large coffee table that's great for board games or jigsaw puzzles. The 65" flat screen Roku tv is ready to binge with your favorite streaming services in case of a rainy day.
- Dining Space has a large custom table that easily seats 8 and you'll definitely notice the extra light from the windows that are unique to our end unit. There's a cabinet/buffet that can be used for beverages or serving.
- Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with luxury linens, a chest of drawers, two night stands with lamps, and pillows galore. There's a large flat screen Roku tv with all of the usual streaming apps like Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk in shower and separate potty room. There's also a double vanity with lots of counter space, drawers, cabinets, a hairdryer, makeup mirror, and specialty bath amenities.
- Bedroom 2 has a king size bed also with high end linens, a chest of drawers, two night stands with lamps, and more pillows. There's also a flat screen Roku tv with all of the streaming apps. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination, a hairdryer, makeup mirror, and special bath amenities.
- Bedroom 3 has twin over twin bunk beds again with with luxury linens, a chest of drawers, extra pillows, and under bed storage that's perfect to get the suitcases out of the way. There's also a flat screen Roku tv with all the streaming apps.
- Other Mentions: Iron & ironing board, full size stacked washer & dryer, plenty of closet hanging space, lots of drawers throughout, a fully equipped kitchen and dinnerware as well as reusable plasticware, servingware, barware, and storageware.
- You will have full/unshared access to the entire condo. The pool is shared with the other 11 condos in our building. There is 1 numbered parking spot and usually plenty of extra spaces for guests.

30a is known for its extensive and well-kept walking and biking paths. We like to leave the car keys at home and explore our surroundings from a different point of view. With 2 state (beach) parks within biking distance, it's easy to find family, beach, or wildlife hideouts.
