Scenic place in the hill country, just minutes from historic Gruene, Texas, A 3/3 country home surrounded by huge native oak trees on one acre in the Texas Hill County, just outside the New Braunfels City limits. This charming rustic home offers a large living room with white stone fireplace. Open kitchen with granite counter tops and bar overlooking the living area. Large dining table seats up to 8 people. The home offers three bedrooms, 2 with attached baths. The master bedroom provides an oversized king bed, with attached bathroom with large bathtub, separate shower, toilet and his and her sinks. The second bedroom providers a queen bed with access to an attached bathroom with shower and toilet. The third bedroom offers a double bed in addition to a twin bed too and adjacent bathroom across the hall with shower/tub. The exterior of the home offers an outdoor bar, stone fire pit & exterior fireplace with plenty of seating and room to enjoy nature on this one-acre property. The best part of the property is the multiple century old oak trees in front yard which provide plenty of shade for playing outdoors in the Texas summer heat. But it's a close call to the view of the Texas Sunset from the large covered outdoor back patio as you watch the windmill turn located on the west side of the property.
