Private deep water dock - bring your own boat, or rent one at the local marina, only 1/4 mile away! We now have 2 kayaks for your use, or you can rent canoes, or sign up for a whitewater rafting adventure.
Located in the center of Rockwood, heart of Moosehead Lake, this family home has everything you need for a family vacation or a romantic get-away. Three bedrooms, plus loft, and spacious great room. The private deck overlooks Moose River and deer and moose are common visitors to the property. The GAME ROOM is fully-equipped with a pool table and darts.
Other activities in the area include: hiking, fishing, mountain biking, skiing and snowmobiling. The famous Birches Resort is located only two miles away with wonderful food and atmosphere. The cozy General Store can keep you stocked with all the food and supplies you would need and is a few minutes by foot. Head directly to the snowmobile trails from the back door in winter, or head down to the water from the front door in summer!
