▪️ Free street parking along the property is only available during certain hours. As our valued guests, we provide one (1) parking pass per night, which allows you to park without restrictions during your stay. Heating and Cooling:
▪️ The apartment is operated by a building-controlled radiant heating system, which we do not have individual access to adjust. The heating can only be turned fully on or fully off, and temperature settings cannot be customized. For cooling and personalized comfort, each room is equipped with its own individual air-conditioning unit, which guests can control freely.
▪️ Window AC units are removed during winter until around May of each year. If you need it during your stay, please request in advance. ACs are not guaranteed unless confirmed
