The house has gorgeous views of the intercoastal and the waterfront pool. A free shuttle will even pick you up at the house!! Relax outside in the lounge area under the covered tiki hut. The home features a chef's kitchen and a separate kosher kitchen area, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms with smart TVs, 3 bathrooms, and an open floorplan with the kitchen and dining room facing the beautiful waterfront views. There is a boat dock on an 80-foot-deep canal with direct ocean access and no fixed bridges. Come park your boat! Fresh and clean home in a family-friendly, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Upscale safe neighborhood. Just a 15-minute walk to beautiful beaches and tons of amazing restaurants. Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°.
