The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two (2) twin beds, The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and the balcony has seating with a slight view of the Destin Harbor and views of fireworks in season. Poolside Villa's offers a gated quiet 30-unit complex that is family friendly and located directly on the beach and there are no busy roads to cross the street. The complex also offers a large pool and two BBQ areas (Gas & Charcoal) to grill your fresh seafood. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and everything you need to prepare your family dinners. All that's missing in this condo is YOU! Relax in the sun or just watch the boats out of the Destin Pass. Walk down to the jetties and snorkel or fish and catch your own dinner! *Checkin is @ 4pm & checkout is 10am. *No Smoking in Condo *Sorry no Pets *2 Propane grills and 1 charcoal grill by the pool. *No boat, trailer or RV parking and only 2 vehicles per unit allowed. *Must be 30 years to rent *FYI - The Destin Harbor Fireworks are every Thursday night at 9pm from Memorial Day through mid August.
