Our condo is situated at the end of a quiet street on Venice Island. Recently remodeled with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There’s a king size bed in the master bedroom. Second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Top bunk is a twin and bottom is a full size. Common area is styled for your comfort with an oversized couch and armchairs.
Fully stocked kitchen comes with all the silverware and appliances to make your stay comfortable.
Our building has a common laundry area but for our guests, we’ve installed an in-unit washer/dryer combo to take care of small items.
There’s an assigned parking space as well as plenty of guest parking.
The main and priceless amenity of our condo is access to your own private beach. Entrance to the beach is just 60-some steps from the front door! Because this area is only accessible to our community it is never crowded and always peaceful.
Come and experience the tranquility for yourself. And of course, if you’re looking for a reason to leave the beach, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and events in downtown Venice for your enjoyment. Venice Ave is about 1.5 miles away from our hidden gem.
