Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I picked Whispering Elms because of its location near Great Basin NP. The motel room was clean and comfortable. And though places to eat in the area were scant, the food truck right next to the property was really good. It is a small town and everyone was friendly and easy to work with.

Negative: Signage was not as easily seen from the roadway but we were able to double back and find it. Maybe a sign under the word "Lodge" on the main building would have made it easier.
