The Salty Bear is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home located in the gated Jubilation community on the quiet south end of Cape San Blas. This spacious coastal retreat offers comfort, style, and convenience—perfect for families or groups looking to relax by the Gulf.
On the main level, you’ll walk into an open-concept living space featuring a comfortable sectional with additional seating, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with a table that seats eight plus extra bar seating at the counter. Also on this level is a bunk room with custom queen-over-twin bunks and a nearby half bath. Off the main floor, enjoy a large screened porch with an outdoor dining table—an ideal spot for morning coffee or casual meals.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. Two are master suites, each with a king bed, private balcony, streaming TV, and en suite bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, with a full bathroom located just across the hall.
Beach access is only minutes away, and guests can enjoy Gulf views from the porches. The community also features a Gulf-front swimming pool just down the block.
