There are NO PET exceptions at this location.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Each guest has the right to a peaceful stay. Please be mindful of all neighbors.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than the maximum number of guests allowed at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home.
No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.
If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home, you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge an extra fee.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
You must be 21 years of age or older to book one of our locations.
