A breakfast nook flows from the breakfast bar and offers an additional glass tabletop with 4 sleek chairs. Conveniently located behind the nook sits a dry bar; the perfect place with plenty of space to house hor d’oeuvres when guests visit.
The living room features a 3- piece seating group for your movie night viewing pleasure on the flat screen mounted TV/DVD combo. Sliding glass doors from the living room leads to a sun-room offering tropical motif and equipped with a wicker sofa, 4 chairs, a flat screen TV, and dining table with six matching chairs. Views of Shipyard Golf Course will make this the family’s favorite space to hang!
Three bedrooms are also located on the main level including the primary bedroom which houses a king-size bed and a renovated bathroom. A glass sliding door leads to the deck for more breathtaking views.

The two rooms share a jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom sitting above the garage painted in tranquil blues and grays houses two queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer along with additional storage space for luggage.
