From the moment you step inside our spacious front lanai, you are greeted with coastal luxury. Newly furnished and professionally decorated in 2024, our open floor plan includes all the amenities to enhance your Florida stay. Our gleaming white kitchen boasts custom quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and ample custom cabinets stocked with pottery barn dishes, glassware, cutlery, gourmet spices, coffee maker, blender, toaster, George Foreman grill, and a double deluxe air fryer. A haven for entertaining, 8 guests may dine comfortably in the formal dining area, drinks may be served from the built-in bar, or a casual meal for 4 enjoyed in the breakfast nook. The living room features a massive upscale leather sectional with 3 power reclining sections from which to view our 65" flat screen TV. Our back lanai is filled with comfortable outdoor furniture& lanterns and walks out onto green #3 of Cypress. (Harassing the golfers optional)
Getting a good night's sleep is a breeze in our master retreat with luxury linens and pillow top mattress. The master has a bay window reading nook overlooking the golf course, a king size upholstered bed, large dresser, and 40" flat screen TV. A walk-in closet and an en-suite with a double sink & glass enclosed shower complete the master. The guest room includes a queen-size bed and adjacent hall bath and the den features a queen-size daybed with twin trundle. A washer/dryer, iron/ironing board are provided in the laundry area.
With the community pool just steps away and amazing beaches minutes away, we've provided plenty of beach towels and 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, stored in our spacious one car lockable garage with remote. A trek bicycle is included for your pleasure to ride the gorgeous 900 acres of Heritage Bay, where the folks are friendly but the alligators are not. Of course, the star of our resort is the 27 hole beautifully landscaped and maintained Lewis-Azinger designed golf course, available for a $500 one -time membership transfer fee (daily golf & cart fees additional )and $150 condo management fee. A short bike ride takes you to the clubhouse with acclaimed dining, resort pool, state of the art fitness facility, tennis, pickle ball, and bocce courts.
