This home has a gas fire place for winter guests, and central air conditioning for summer guests, a large fully equipped kitchen/family room with TV, seating at center island, full dining room, living room, one bedroom on the main floor with a twin bed and adjoining full bathroom. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and one full bath. The upstairs bedrooms have king, double futon couch and 2 single beds with an optional trundle. In the summer, there is a beautiful sunken garden in the back, and patio for barbecues and eating out. There is a cat that lives on premises.
