The Space:
The space is equally great for business travelers and families alike. Stay in a private house that is well appointed, and has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, two bathrooms, living room, and a lovely back yard. Granite countertops throughout the property, and modern furnishings.
We have made available some special extras during your stay including tasty Keurig coffee!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
Private off-street parking behind the home (2 spots) is available for your use.
The Neighborhood:
This cozy house is steps from the very best that the historic Tower Grove neighborhood has to offer. Great restaurants, shops, and the Historic Tower Grove Park are all a short walk away. The neighborhood is centrally located, not more than 15 minute drive to anywhere in St. Louis! Welcome to your home away from home.
Getting Around:
Street parking is available in front of the house, and there are two private parking spaces behind the home.
Taxis are available anytime and cost about $15 to get to anywhere else in town. I prefer Uber, which is a private driver service. Enjoy your stay!

This is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed.
Our HOA requires that local St. Louis guests CANNOT instant book - you must reach out to us first for approval prior to booking or your reservation will be immediately cancelled with possible penalties for violation of our house rules.
