We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
Please note the following:
There is a camera in the back kitchen area outside above the door that is active.
There is a doorbell camera pointed at the driveway that is active.
There are old exterior cameras located on the right front corner and back corners of the property that are not actively recording.
*Please note that though there is a hot tub at the property (not pictured), it is out of order and not for guest use*
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Especially for shared units, with a shared wall or floor. Each guest has the right to a peaceful stay. Please be mindful of all neighbors.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than the maximum number of guests allowed at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home.
No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
We do charge a $99 pet fee for up to 2 pets at our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home, you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you. Personal items will be kept for 2 weeks after your check-out. After that period, they will be disposed of. Please contact us immediately if you think you left something behind.
