Our Lake Erie Bayview Area home was renovated from top to bottom in 2022. Our house is a home and not a hotel; it is a place to cook and share meals around a table and separate spaces to sleep but still keep everyone together under the same roof, pups are welcomed. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. Bathroom is located on the 2nd floor. Fully stocked kitchen, 1 TV in the living room, washer & dryer, and partially fenced yard (we are working on getting it fully fenced)
Our guests will have access to the entire house, except the basement.
We are not local but we do our best to respond quickly. Our cleaner's contact information is shared with the check-in instructions. Depending on the time of year 1 if not 2 of our kids will be near by if needed.
Yard chairs for outside hang outs stored in the laundry room. Beach towels for the warm months provided and stored in the laundry room. The 3 bedrooms have AC window units installed during the warm summer months. Salt and snow shovel left out during the cold months. Yard maintenance does come once a week Mid May - First week of September. Prior to this yard maintenance can be sporadic.
We love walking our dogs in the area, and when we don't have our dogs with us we still love taking walks in the area. The paths around the park or even walking to the Erie arboretum are great for getting your steps in. We like walking to state street, in the winter it is decorated with Christmas lights and in the warmer months the fountain is lit in different colors. If you follow the park path to Sassafras you can walk down to the public pier.
