As soon as you step inside this breathtaking villa, the foyer will usher you into an elaborate open living area. Reminisce on the day's activities with the whole family in one of the comfortable sofa accommodations that features a 75-inch SMART TV. The chefs of the family will be ecstatic to prepare gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Start your day off right with breakfast at the massive central island and have a family meal around the large dining table in the formal dining space can seat up to 18.
Step out onto your private pool deck with a almost 1000sf-foot custom pool that features a massive spillover spa. The sun shelf has 8 water loungers, two classic lit bubblers for an elegant finish. Spend the day sunbathing in one of the 10 sun loungers that surround the pool while you listen to the sounds of the calming waterfall, or have some fun on the 11ft water slide or chill under the grotto.
