Equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of space to host 6-8 people comfortably. You don't need to bring a thing other than you selves and a change of clothes! The house comes ready to stay in and fully stock with everything you may or may not need. I have a Kayak and paddle board that can be available on request. This property is located on only 4 miles from the beach and walking distance to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and other activities. The house comes with access to neighborhood boat ramp and a 16 ft dock in an alcove connecting to the Imperial River which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Come, Enjoy, and RELAX!!
